Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shoppal One, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all accounts, visitors, and users.

Service Overview

Shoppal One is an AI-assisted workflow system for customer messaging and content operations. It is designed to support human teams, not replace human judgment. Shoppal Labs is the owner and operator of the service.

Account Eligibility

• • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization.
• • You are responsible for all activity arising from your account.
• • You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.

User Conduct

Use Shoppal One only for lawful, ethical, and non-abusive activities. AI output must be used modestly and reviewed by a human before publishing, sending, or relying on it for business, legal, financial, medical, or compliance decisions.

• • Do not impersonate others or provide false information.
• • Do not attempt to access, damage, or disrupt the service.
• • Do not harass Shoppal One employees, contractors, or support staff.

AI Output and Human Responsibility

AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, or outdated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated drafts, replies, campaigns, and recommendations before use.

• • No guarantee of factual accuracy, legal compliance, or business suitability.
• • No guarantee that generated output is non-infringing or fit for a specific purpose.
• • You assume all risk for actions taken from AI-generated output.

Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees and taxes. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. You may cancel anytime, and any refund policy will be described in your plan details.

Support and Employee Protections

Shoppal Labs employees and contractors provide support in good faith. Abuse, threats, harassment, hate speech, intimidation, or doxxing targeting our team is strictly prohibited.

• • Support may be limited or paused for abusive or fraudulent behavior.
• • Employees and contractors are not personally liable for platform behavior, AI output, downtime, or customer losses.
• • Service access is granted to users who respect our team and terms.

Third-Party AI Providers

Shoppal One may use third-party AI services, including OpenAI and Google Gemini. Your use of those services through Shoppal One is also subject to their policies.

Intellectual Property

Your use of Shoppal One is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection, use, and storage of data as described in that policy.

Disclaimers

Shoppal One is provided as-is and as-available. Shoppal Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted service, model availability, output quality, or that AI responses will be correct, lawful, or fit for your intended use.

Limitation of Liability

Shoppal Labs is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by AI mistakes, hallucinations, omissions, moderation misses, third-party model behavior, or decisions you make from generated output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous twelve months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be addressed in the courts applicable to Shoppal Labs' business jurisdiction.
